The image below is my 1st ever attempt at a pumpkin in a pumpkin. The outer pumpkin is an image looking through some trees and the inner pumpkin is a grim reaper set against the moon. From start to finish, it took me 1 3/4's hours to carve both pumpkins.
Below is a closeup of the inner pumpkin by itself.
And the large, outer pumpkin by itself.
The '08 Pumpkin Carving party was definitely not the same without Jason, Sarah & Jared, however we did get some good carvings out of the group (Jaci's was the spider, 2nd from the left, Tim's was the Jason mask, done in honor of a missing comrade....).
